About the Presenter Rick Stotts is a PhD student in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX. and an MFT Intern at Forever Hope Counseling and Education Services, LLC. He has also been a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, responsible for leading cyber security analysis, assessments, and risk management solutions for Federal government and commercial enterprises. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Rick served in the US Air Force for more than 26 years. As Commander of the AF Information Warfare Center (now the 688th Cyber Wing), he was responsible for guiding military and civilian personnel in the creation of cyber operations capabilities for the USAF. He has held senior leadership positions as: Director of Intelligence Plans, US European Command; Commander of the 93rd and 97th Intelligence Squadrons; and Director of Operations at NSA CSS TX.
