Belinda Arriaga - Treasurer

Belinda Arriaga is a Licensed Marriage and Family (Lic# 204073) in Texas and co-owner of ABC Counseling, inc.  She received her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Family, Couple, and Individual Psychotherapy, as well as, certified for Psychology Services for Spanish Speaking Populations from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.  She also has specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and Family Therapy Integrative Behavioral Health Training (FTIBHT).

 

She has experience working with cross-cultural issues, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, couples counseling, multigenerational family conflict, and life transitions.  She has worked in health clinics, the rape crisis center, haven for hope, refugge camps, elementary/middle schools, and in private practice.  In addition, she has extensive knowledge in immigration procedures, assists as a mental health expert witness in immigration cases, and completes immigration assessments for various immigration procedures. Belinda works with children, individuals, families, and couples.
